Aaron brings over 15 years in healthcare strategy, development and operations to Bloom, focusing primarily on government-sponsored healthcare programs. Aaron’s work experience has spanned both service and technology verticals across Medicare Advantage and the Affordable Care Act.
Prior to joining Bloom, Aaron spent 10 years at Gorman Health Group (GHG), a government programs consulting and technology provider, both as a partner and in several business roles, ending as Chief Strategy and Development Officer. While at GHG, he was involved in all facets of the business including corporate development, consulting and technology capability development, client implementations, sales, corporate administrative functions, project management and account management. Aaron was also directly responsible for the successful development and launch of their Medicare Advantage and ACA membership reconciliation platform.
Prior to GHG, he worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the implementation of the Medicare Part D program. Aaron was one of the initial hires into the Medicare Drug Benefit Group, which was responsible for turning regulations into guidance and internal operations within CMS in order to successfully launch the program.
Aaron holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.
