Bloom’s Client Portal

The Bloom Client Portal (BCP) consists of the Bloom Recording Portal (BRP), performance dashboards, as well as on-demand reporting. The BRP provides instant access to all of your call recordings in a secure environment. The portal provides easy access to inbound and outbound recordings and is searchable by Agent/CSR, inbound phone number dialed, caller’s phone number, enrollment ID, or date range. The password protected login area allows the flexibility of pulling individual or multiple calls during each login session. For example, the calls of particular agent or a specific team, can be accessed as a single recording or a whole team’s recordings in the same login session.


Understanding the importance of accurate and timely data to the management of marketing and sales campaigns, Bloom has invested in robust data and reporting services resulting in a variety of standard reports and custom solutions for each of our clients as well. Our standard reports cover standard call center metrics, all CMS required metrics, campaign and phone agent performance, as well as critical marketing information. Bloom has created over 300 reports and we are happy to create custom reports to meet any needs that you may have.
