Sherman Rogers Chief Executive Officer

Following an extensive career in healthcare marketing, including more than a decade as CEO of Finelight Marketing Services, Sherman Rogers founded Bloom in 2007 to address the need for highly specialized sales and sales automation software in the Medicare marketplace. Sherman later founded Advise in 2017 as a Medicare concierge service for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries. Together, Bloom and Advise provide sales and technology services for hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries in 48 states. Sherman resides in Bloomington, IN with his wife Meredith, and they have three grown children.

Kevin Todd Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Todd has served as chief financial officer of Bloom since 2007. In this role, Kevin oversees all finance, accounting and contracting functions. Previously, he served as CFO of Finelight Marketing Services for seven years. Kevin received his BS from Indiana University in accounting.

Derek Foreman Chief Technology Officer

Derek Foreman has been a member of Bloom's leadership team for more than a decade. As chief technology officer, Derek strives to solve clients' problems and improve their business with efficiencies through innovation. Prior to joining Bloom, he implemented technology solutions for contact centers in both Europe and the United States as a solutions architect and project manager. Derek received his BS from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Kirk Gleason VP, Information Systems and Security

Kirk Gleason has created IT solutions for direct response marketing environments since 2003. Kirk joined Bloom as IT director in 2007 and was promoted to vice president of information systems and security in 2017. He has a passion for all things technological, and his talent lies in helping non-technological people work smarter and more efficiently by utilizing technology appropriately. Kirk received his BA from Hartwick College and his MA from Indiana University.

Whitney Adkins SVP, Operations

Whitney Adkins brings over 15 years' experience in healthcare operations to Bloom. Whitney focuses on the operational side of scaling an organization while simultaneously building a strong culture rooted in accountability and excellence. She has led or managed groups in nearly every area of an organization, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, IT, and legal. Whitney received her BA from West Virginia University and her MBA and JD from the University of Denver.

Brooke Ivey EVP, Business Development

Brooke Ivey joined Bloom as a phone agent in 2007. Since then, she has steadily moved up the ranks to become the leader of Bloom's business development team. Brooke has extensive experience in both Medicare sales and call center campaigns. With a constant ear to the ground, she identifies issues and needs in the health insurance industry and works to solve them.

Treina Cullison Director, Operations

Treina Cullison has worked in and around call centers for more than 30 years. She brought her experience in customer service, training and quality assurance to Bloom in 2010. Treina has partnered internally and with clients to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence that keeps the Bloom call centers in Bloomington, Indiana, on the forefront of best practices in sales, service, quality and compliance.

Susan Cieply, PHR Director, Human Resources

Susan Cieply has served as Bloom's human resources director since 2014. Susan has worked with senior leadership to bring compliant HR processes, communication and people together in both public and private companies for more than 10 years. Her hands-on experience includes benefits, employee relations, employment law, 401(k) administration, performance management, recruiting and payroll. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. Susan received her BA from DePauw University.

Jennifer Hurtubise VP, Marketing and Communications

Jennifer Hurtubise joined Bloom in August 2018 to lead the organization’s marketing and communications efforts. She has almost 15 years’ experience in marketing, strategic planning, media relations and digital communications. Prior to joining Bloom, Jennifer served as vice president of communications at the Indiana Hospital Association, where she planned, managed and directed all of the association’s communications efforts. Jennifer received her BA from Indiana University and her MPA from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

David Gramke Director, Operations

David Gramke joined Bloom in April 2018 as the operations director of the Mesa, Arizona, call center. David has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale, multisite operations and call centers for the insurance, financial services, health/wellness and education industries. He has worked for Safeco Property and Casualty Companies, WebMD, Carewise Health and the University of Phoenix. David received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Xavier University.
